Kelly Milne (the blonde)
I am a wife, mother, daughter, sister and a friend. Like most moms, there is never a dull moment around my house. I strive to be a great role model for my girls and try to teach them the importance of living a healthy lifestyle. Regular exercise not only clears my head, but helps me to be more present with my family and friends. I first discovered Power Plate 8 years ago while living in London. After the birth of my second daughter, I wanted to get in shape but lacked the time. I began going to a small Power Plate studio near my house a few days a week and was amazed by the quick results I saw in how I looked and felt. I was stronger and leaner than ever before. After that, I became a certified power plate instructor and from there my passion for Power Plate began. The science behind this machine speaks for itself. I feel it is now my mission to share this machine with other people so they can achieve their goals and feel strong.
Katie Mueller (the brunette)
I've never been an exercise fanatic. It took the job of becoming a mother to realize the importance of physical activity. Early on, I made the connection that when I don't feel good physically, every aspect of my life suffers. I'm crabby, impatient, insecure and my clothes don't fit. I can't deal with what life throws at me, and I'm pretty much....well....miserable.
Kelly introduced me to the Power Plate. After three times, I was hooked. It was quick, efficient and after each session I felt significantly stronger. I immediately knew we had to bring the Power Plate technology to our community. We created PLATE28 as safe place where people of all ages and backgrounds could feel comfortable. My goal is to motivate you to take a few minutes out of your day to improve your overall health and well-being. Our intention is to build a community that focuses on empowering each other - no judgment, and no BS. Who knew 28 minutes would make a world of difference?
